After a pretty compelling de-furring demonstration from one of my favorite kitty sites, The Itty Bitty Kitty Committee, I took the plunge and snagged a Furminator for my own two feline furballs who are currently turning their thick winter coats into new carpeting in my aparment. That’s them above, preparing to be furminized.

After using the short-haired feline version on the fuzzier of my gatos (the black cat, Bear), I have realized the fur may never end. This tool has fur collecting magic. There’s also a vacuum attachment which actually makes a ton of sense. Plus, it’s just funny to say “Prepare for total Furmination” to the cats. Spirit fingers!
